About Us

Kappus Farms is a diversified deciduous fruit farm located near the southwest shore of Lake Ontario in New York State. The farm is located on prime fruit  soil that was deposited thousands of years ago by the lake. This gives us a unique advantage over most farms in that we are able to grow a wide variety of fruits. Among these are Apples, Peaches,  Plums, Prunes, Pears, Sweet Cherries, Nectarines, Apricots and Tart Cherries.  The primary focus of our farm is the production and storage of quality fruits for the eventual sales to nearby outlets in NY and several neighboring states. We are located in Burt, NY, near Niagara Falls, New York. Our farm consists of one hundred and sixty acres of various deciduous fruits and a 130,000 bushel capacity state of the art cold storage facility. Also at this location we have a a seasonal retail outlet for our fresh fruit. This includes pick-your-own sweet and sour cherries. Also available are early apples, pears and peaches.
